Karate Belt Test

This was Tanek's first belt test after moving up to the big class.

He did sparring

He does his forms

He also broke a board, but that picture didn't turn out.  He got
his yellow and white belt.  He now has his yellow belt and is working towards the next one.  He loves Karate.

I re did Tanek's bedroom at our house in the Lego theme.
He is about everything Lego, so it works very well for him.

Catch up Time!

I am way  behind in my blog.  Haven't posted in several months.  So will try to catch up.  Will begin with Easter.  Here are some pictures of Tanek coloring Easter Eggs and then hunting eggs on Easter.

 He did a good job and they are very pretty.

 The eggs with money in them are the most fun to find.

 Astro is looking for eggs too!

New addition to our family!

Tanek finally got his puppy.  He is in love.

His name is Astro and he is SO cute.

How could you not love this sweet little boy.

Tanek's 7th Birthday Party!

Tanek had a Lego Birthday party for his 7th birthday.  Stephanie made these Lego heads from marshmallows.  They were a big hit.

Even though I don't like to build with Lego's, they are fun to decorate with and make a very cute party theme.

We had a Hobbit cake and a Lego cake.
