P E Time

This is what we do for PE in the summer time.  3-4 laps a day.  The water is cold because of all the rain, so it is get in and get out.

First Day of First Grade!

Tanek  goes to school all year.  It really works well for everyone.
Not only does he not forget over the summer what he learned all year, he gets vacations and days off when others are going to school.

We had him evaluated and not only was he doing well for someone going into first grade he was well ahead of the game.
We have a lot of interesting things we are planning for first grade and he is pretty excited.

We are studying Argentina and we were doing some map work.

We sure would love to take a field trip to Argentina to see all the places and animals we are studying about. We are looking forward to another good year in school.  I tried to download the video of him talking about his first day, but it was too long and wouldn't down load on here.  Oh well.  We have a whole year to get more.
